The Dressmarket is a niche product designed to aid brides in recovering some of the costs incurred at their wedding by selling on their wedding dress or in quite a few cases the wedding dresses they purchased and decided not to where. This then expanded to cover prom, bridesmaids and Mother of the bride dresses. We learnt a lot about dresses from A-line to Mermaid through to Trumpet.
We worked with a Scottish based design company Anderson Design to build various iterations of this site as the market built up we also built localised versions for the French and American markets.
The site was built using ASP.Net and Sql Server and the 3rd Party ecommerce provider was worldpay
